CGI

The Ocean Recovery Alliance committed to launch the Plastic Disclosure Project at the 2010 Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Annual Meeting .  This committment was one of only 15 out of 200 commitments that were personally introduced by former President Bill Clinton during the opening session of the CGI Annual Meeting in September 2010.  CGI remains a strong supporter of PDP.  Ocean Recovery Alliance founder Doug Woodring attended the 2011 CGI Annual Meeting in September 2011, and reported to the meeting on progress made on building support for PDP.
